How do you make a large star stencil?

I made one before by using a formula based on the 12 24 and 36 on a clock, but I can't remember how it works.

I do NOT and can NOT print out a star to use. The star I am making is larger than any paper my printer could handle.

I appreciate help. Thank you!How do you make a large star stencil?The minutes are 12,24,36,48 and 60. That divides a circle into fives equal segments. Draw lines from the 60 to the 24 and 36 minutes and so on around the circle. That will give you a star shape.
