these should make enough for the star tipsDoes anyone have a delicious chocolate icing recipe that will be the right consistency for doing star tips??1 cup of butter 1 cup of shortening 1lb confectioner's sugar. Add 1 oz melted chocolate (i'd go for less sweet than sweet) Add cocoa powder to help boost chocolate flavor (say 1T). Add a little vanilla for flavor. Add a dash of amaretto if you have it on hand or a dash of bacardi silver (helps cut the fatty feel in the mouth to a more creamy, smooth icing, but not required). Add milk to thin, add powdered sugar/cocoa powder to thicken. alll in how you want it
