I am affiliated to SAS eurobonus, and would like to know how can I book a reward flight on Lufthansa or Continental airlines. SAS eurobonus site enables only booking reward flights on SAS, but according to Star alliance website, we can book reward flights on all partner airlines..How to book a reward flight on a star alliance partner airline?The frequently asked questions page for SAS Eurobonus, linked below, has the following note with respect to booking partners:
