How much is this star note worth?

I recently received a $1 star note in some change. It is from Richmond and was a 2003A series with a relatively low serial number and only a couple of folds, but other than that it is in good condition. I don't know how grading works for paper money since I concentrate more on coins. Any help would be appreciated.How much is this star note worth?It is too new to be worth much in grade fine or very fine. They sell for around $3 so no dealer will pay much. It is best to get a holder for it and put it away and check values again in a year or so. Small size modern notes are starting to go up in value but it will take a while. Best to hold on to it for now.
