How do you locate the star Antares in the night sky?

Please help me for my science project! How do you find the star Antares in the night sky?How do you locate the star Antares in the night sky?Antares is the red supergiant star which represents the "Heart of the Scorpion" in the constellation Scorpius. Now, if your going to say you don't know where Scorpius is, then I can only recommend you get familiar with the night sky relative to where on Earth you live, and know where your Zodiacal constellations are. Scorpius is right of Sagittarius and left of Libra, Antares being 50 degrees east of Spica, the brightest star in Virgo, if that helps at all.

Recommend you come to our website, www.louisville-astro.org and click on the "Stellarium" link, a free download of the night-sky that you can play with to your heart's content. That will help you familiarize yourself with night-skies any time of the year. How do you locate the star Antares in the night sky?
Well, I got familiar with my star charts, figured out when and where a good time to observe the constellation Scorpius is. (Evenings in July-August, for example). Then I looked up and found the star pattern that matched what was in my sky atlas, and found Antares, the brightest one of the bunch, right where it said it would be (for my latitude, it was low in the southern sky).

Nowadays, you can just go to any number of online stellarium/planetarium websites/downloads and set any time and location you want, and the sky will appear on your monitor.

Note, this time of the year is terrible for viewing Antares, the Sun's apparent position in our sky is too close to it.How do you locate the star Antares in the night sky?i think you know Antares red giant star details. which is visible in night sky in Scorpius group stars.

please see the below link photos fully to know stars visible in naked eyes. watch all photos to know where is Antares located? How do you locate the star Antares in the night sky?
I saw Antares just before sunrise this morning: you'll have to get up early to see it at this time of year. The brightest thing in the dawn sky is the planet Venus, low in the southeast, and Antares is just below it (as seen from the Northern Hemisphere). How do you locate the star Antares in the night sky?You can look up a sky chart. Antares is in the constellation Scorpius, and it's a very bright red star. How do you locate the star Antares in the night sky?
Look south during summer. Find a star pattern that seems to match a giant hook. In the hook towards its base away from the hook, find the brightest red star. It should be stuck between 2 bright blue stars.
