How disabled friendly is Star city and the malls in the manila area?

I have a mobility problem and need scooter or wheelchair when walking long time or distances. Do the Mall such as Mall of Asia have wheelchairs or scooters for rent or use. Want to visit Star City and wonder how assessable it is.How disabled friendly is Star city and the malls in the manila area?i am not sure if STAR CITY is an apt place for disabled person,because it's a theme park with extreme rides, but considering whatever disability you have, every booth or ride have personnel who will assess every customer. there are warnings posted in every corner, to notify those with heart problems or any any health concerns that can be heightened during a ride.



Malls in Manila are always giving priority for disabled people. starting from parking lots where special areas were allotted to those with disabilities. pavements have also been structured to allow wheelchairs to pass through. In Mall of Asia, a ride is provided for senior citizens and ill person to reach one spot to another. it roams inside the mall, and it's for free.
